Camp Dates:
Friday evening July 22nd — Sunday noon August 7th
with the option to come to one or both weeks of camp.
Applications close May 4 at Midnight PDT.

You will receive notification about your acceptance to camp no later than May 10th.

us with questions. It likely contains the answers you seek.

This is not a first-come, first-serve process.
We consider camp a growthful, co-creation of all who show up.
We limit the size of camp to enhance community connection.
For this reason we are experimenting with an application process.
We appreciate your participation and patience.

This year our grand experiment is to hold camp for 2 weeks again. You may come for one or both weeks. New campers must attend the first week in order to come to the second week. Returning campers may attend just the first week, both weeks, or just the second week. You must have attended NFNC-Summer Camp West last year, or 2 of the previous 5 year's SC-West camps in order to be considered a “returning camper.”

To establish a bond of trust, mutual respect, safety, and loving kindness, we request all attendees be present by 7:00PM, Friday, July 22nd. You must be present by Saturday, July 23rd, 8:00AM. (Please inform the registrar if your time of arrival is not by July 22nd, 7:00PM).  We welcome your arrival after 2:00PM on Friday. Register, set up your campsite, then join us for dinner at 6:00PM, followed by the evening program.

If only attending the second week of camp, please schedule your arrival between 2:00-5:00PM on Saturday, July 30th. Register, set up your campsite, then join us at 5:00PM for Karma Yoga sign-up, dinner, and the evening program.

Once you get your confirmation letter, Summer Camp fees are
Week 1 - July 22nd - July 30th, noon $600 - $1000 (full)
Week 2 - July 30th 3pm - August 7th $600 - $1000 (full)
Attendance both weeks $1000 - $1500* (also full)
18-32 year olds: 1 week - $400-, both weeks: $700-

The full fee is paid for any portion of the weeks attended. There is no daily rate or pro-rated fee structure.

What Happens Next

After you submit your application, we will review and let you know by May 10th. Please be sure we receive your payment by May 25th, either by sending us a check or using our new PayPal option (info in your confirmation letter), or we'll release your space.

Summer Camp Scholarships

We do our best to make available a limited number of partial scholarships for those who require them. Please contact the scholarship coordinator for availability by emailing scholarship@nfnc.org. When filling out the application form, fill in the amount you can pay for camp, and use the Comments to tell us a bit about yourself and your need. You will be notified of scholarship award by May 10th.
