Summer Camp Application

Camp is over, but you can join
the mailing list for our next camp.

Camp Dates:
Main Camp- Stepping Into the Unknown: Friday evening July 27th — Sunday noon August 5th
Week 2- Stepping Deeper Into the Unknown: August 5th — August 9th.
Applications close April 20 at Midnight PDT.

You will receive notification about your acceptance to camp no later than May 1st.

Please read this entire invitation before calling or emailing
us with questions. It likely contains the answers you seek.

This is not a first-come, first-serve process.
We consider camp a growthful, co-creation of all who show up.
We limit the size of camp to enhance community connection.
For this reason we have an application process rather than a first-come first-served setup .
We appreciate your participation and patience.

We hold camp for 10 days this year, with a possibility to stay on for week 2 afterwards! You must attend the first 10 days in order to come to the second segment.

To establish a bond of trust, mutual respect, safety, and loving kindness, we request all attendees be present by 7:00PM, Friday, July 27th. You must be present by Saturday, July 28th, 9:00AM. Please inform the registrar if your time of arrival is not by July 27th, 7:00PM.  We welcome your arrival after 2:00PM on Friday. Register, set up your campsite, then join us for dinner at 6:00PM, followed by the evening program.

Once you get your confirmation letter, Summer Camp sliding scale fees are
Main Camp - July 27th - August 5th, noon $675 - $1075
Main Camp plus week 2 - July 27th - August 9th $900 - $1300
18-35 year olds: Main Camp - $475-, including week 2 $700-

The full fee is paid for any portion of the weeks attended. There is no daily rate or pro-rated fee structure.

What Happens Next

After you submit your application, we will review and let you know by May 1st. Please be sure we receive your payment by May 15th, either by sending us a check or using our new Stripe option (info in your confirmation letter), or we'll release your space. If you can't pay in full by May 15th, a $100 deposit (and a conversation with us about when you can pay in full) will hold your space.

Summer Camp Scholarships

We do our best to make available a limited number of partial scholarships for those who require them. You MUST contact the scholarship coordinator for availability by emailing When filling out the application form use the Comments to tell us a bit about yourself and your need. You will be notified of scholarship award by May 1st.
