Bon-Vue Enterprises 855 W. Victoria Street Dominguez Hills, CA 90220 June 22, 1999 To whom it may concern, Steven Parker has shown an interest in nearly all phases of the video production business, and demonstrated a natural aptitude for video editing and camera work. I believe that he also has the potential to become a competent director and producer of features. And his considerable computer skills would be a great asset to any operation that included a web site or local network. I had asked Steven to investigate possibilities for improving product quality using our existing equipment. In a few days, he was able to pinpoint the source of an audio problem on our duplication line that had eluded our regular staff for over two years. In addition, he developed some procedural changes during editing to make dramatic improvements to the quality of both video and audio. Among Steven's most valuable assets are his enthusiasm and team spirit, and several of the regular staff commented to me about having enjoyed working with him. He was willing (at his own suggestion) to do all technical configuration changes outside of normal work hours to prevent impact to our production schedules. He also happily took on other roles as needed; and during his time here served as cameraman, producer's assistant, video editor, sound designer, and production line technician. I wanted very much to offer Steven a permanent position at Bon-Vue, but was unable to because of current staffing and budgetary concerns. I hope that he finds another opportunity to put as many of his varied talents and interests as possible to productive and profitable use. Sincerely, Janet Lee Jones, COO
