WHAT TO BRING
WHAT NOT TO BRING

If driving, take I-5 to Grants Pass, Oregon. From the North take exit 58. From the South take exit 55 Go toward downtown. Stay on that street until you cross bridge over Rogue River. If you go at 25 mph you should catch all green lights.
Once you cross the Rogue go to Hwy. 199 and take it west. (turn right) The signs will say to Rogue Community College and Cresent City. Stay on 199 (Redwood Hwy.) for 7 miles. When the road narrows to two lanes you will go down a hill and cross the Applegate river. Mile marker 7 will be right on other side of bridge. Turn right there onto Riverbanks Road. The signs will say to Griffin Park. Go 3.5 miles to the second Marcy Loop and turn left onto it. It is important to take this second loop. Riverbanks curves sharply to the right and the left turn onto Marcy loop actually is going straight ahead.
Marcy loop will curve sharply left and Dutcher Creek will be off to the right about two or three hundred yards. Take Dutcher Creek to the end of the pavement (about 1.25 miles) and continue onto gravel. There will be two speed bumps and shortly after that you will come to a Y in the road. There will be a large tree in the middle.
Take the fork to the left which is called Blue Gulch. On your right will be
an open field with logs and perhaps some heavy equipment in it.
Go on Blue Gulch about 0.5 miles and the first drive off to the right will
appear. It goes down into the gully and at the bottom is a bridge over
a small creek. After you cross the bridge take to drive that goes to the
left. Follow signs to camp.
